Team Lead - Sales (Immigration Services)

Location: Mumbai.

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Team Lead in Mumbai to manage our sales team targeting migration services for premium clients. This is a key leadership role where you will guide and oversee Sales Managers, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining high service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers responsible for selling immigration and citizenship services to premium clients.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
  • Set clear performance goals and regularly monitor the team's performance through KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Ensure that Sales Managers are maintaining strong, warm relationships with clients throughout all stages of the process, offering high-touch client service.
  • : Provide ongoing training and development support for the team, ensuring they stay updated with the latest sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights into team performance and client feedback.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless sales process and improve lead quality.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales management, ideally in fintech, trading, investments, or migration services.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Languages: Fluency in English.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrated success in dealing with high-net-worth clients and closing large, high-value transactions.
  • Location: Based in Mumbai with the flexibility to travel as needed.
