We are seeking a Hands-OnAI Product Managerwith deep curiosity for how AI can shape user experiences — and the technical ability to build and test ideas independently. You will translate business goals into AI-powered workflows and products, building working prototypes using tools such as Google Colab, Cursor, Make , Emergent, and Lovable. This is a “builder” role, ideal for someone who combines strategic product ownership with hands-on experience in Generative AI, strong understanding of machine learning, and the ability to visualize solutions through flow diagrams and experiments.Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the roadmap forAI/ML and Generative AI productsthat solve meaningful user problems. Break complex problem spaces into iterative experiments and measurable outcomes Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights and improve interactions Prioritise features based on feasibility, usability, and model behaviour constraints Rapidlyprototype, test, and iterateusing tools likeGoogle Colab, Cursor, Make, Emergent, Lovable , and other AI automation platforms. Partner with data science teams totrain, fine-tune, and deploy ML or GenAI modelsinto production workflows. Create detailed flow diagrams and logic mapsthat explain how data and models interact across the system. Translate model outputs intointuitive product features and user experiences. Drive agile development with engineering teams, prioritizing experimentation and iteration. Use analytics (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap) to validate hypotheses and measure product impact. Communicate progress, challenges, and learnings clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.Required Skills & Experience:5–7+ yearsin product management, includinghands-on experience with Generative AI products or workflows. Strong understanding ofmachine learning principles , model lifecycles, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics. Proven ability todesign clear product flow diagrams or architecture mapsto visualize AI problem-solving. Hands-on experience withGoogle Colab, Cursor, Make (Integromat), Emergent, Lovable , or equivalent GenAI / automation tools. Familiarity withAI/ML frameworks(TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, Savvi AI). Experience working withAPIs, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face), and workflow automation/orchestration tools Strong analytical and data interpretation skills withSQLand product analytics platforms. Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong understanding ofSmall Language Models (SLMs)— their training, fine-tuning, and deployment lifecycle Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
