**Job Overview**

We are looking to hire an experienced Production Supervisor to supervise factory workers and ensure that factory production targets are met. The Production Supervisor’s responsibilities include ensuring the production progresses as per the planned schedules and as per the pre-approved specifications. You should be able to ensure the implementation of the approved work procedures and generally known safe processing practices. You should also be able to enforce the directives from the Production In-Charge, the Manager and the Management to prevent accidents and injuries occurring at workplace.

To be successful as a Production Supervisor, you should demonstrate outstanding controlling skills and resolve any issues so that the work progresses safely as planned. Ultimately, a top-performing Production Supervisor should have exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills to ensure that day to day factory operations run smoothly.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**- To ensure the progress of day-to-day activity as planned.**

**- To ensure the activities are done as per approved procedures and specifications.**

**- Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.**

**- Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.**

**- Preparing production reports for the shifts and submitting them to the superiors in-charge.**

**- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.**

**- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.**

**- Accountability of production and consumption of goods.**

**- Maintain a safe and hygienic workplace environment.**

**- Enforcement of Government regulations and Management policies.**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- The ability to multitask.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
