**Job Summary**:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in ducting production, with hands-on experience in CAD drafting and CAM programming.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, CAMDUCT, or similar ducting/CAM software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Tirunelveli

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Oversee duct fabrication processes and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Review CAD drawings and convert them for CAM programming (using software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Ensure optimal machine utilization (e.g., CNC plasma cutting machines) through accurate CAM programming.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and QC teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Train and guide technicians/operators on technical aspects of ducting fabrication.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely raw material supply.
- Implement lean manufacturing and safety practices on the shop floor.
- Maintain daily production reports

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
