Job Summary The Product Executive – DMC will be responsible for handling destination-related queries, creating competitive travel packages, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and providing expert support to travel partners. This role requires a deep understanding of destination knowledge, cost management, and itinerary planning. Key Responsibilities - Handle all B2B queries and provide accurate quotations as per client requirements. - Prepare customized itineraries, costings, and travel proposals for destinations like Bali, Vietnam, and other expanding markets. - Maintain updated product knowledge including hotels, sightseeing options, transfers, and local experiences. - Negotiate and coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and tour operators for best rates and services. - Manage bookings, confirmations, and operational follow-ups efficiently. - Ensure high accuracy in costing sheets, vouchers, and travel documents. - Support sales and marketing teams with destination insights and content inputs. - Analyze competitor pricing and suggest new product ideas or packages. - Maintain client satisfaction through timely responses and professional communication. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a DMC, tour operations, or travel company. - Strong knowledge of Bali / Vietnam destinations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication. - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
