**Job Overview**

We are looking to hire an experienced, organised, efficient and communicativeQA Executive to manage quality and regulatory needs of the factory. The QA Executive’s responsibilities includeensuring the quality of the product and services offered, ensuring the quality of inward goods, ensuring the production progresses with strict adherence to the approved specifications, proactively analysing the rejections and adopting / recommending necessary steps to reduce the rejection, ensuring strict traceability of goods, co-ordinating with the client QA for product approval, feedback and complaint / issue resolution. You should be able to enforce compliance with various Government regulations and the renewal of different regulatory approvals and certifications.

To be successful as a QA Executive, you should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills,must be self-motivated, effective management of office and available resources to increase profits, capable of promptly and effectively monitoring, coordinating and communicating strategic objectives and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Plan and execute testing activities of final product, in-process and inward goods.
- Ensure strict traceability of all goods
- Custodian of product specifications and modification of those specification based on approval from client.
- Tracing the rejections generated and proactively taking necessary steps to reduce the same.
- Empower and train the QC staff for in-process testing / online testing so as to eliminate non conformities at source
- Work with close coordination with the top management in effective implementation of the QMS and adherence to ISO 9001: 2015 standards.
- Maintenance of the testing equipments and ensuring timely calibration of the same.
- Coordinate with the client QA in getting product approvals and resolving any issues arising due the quality non conformities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physics or Chemistry or BE in Chemical Engineering
- Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Project Management.
- Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
- The ability to multitask.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
