Cobbler and Crew, one of India's top-ranked cocktail bars, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise with leadership skills to drive efficiency, profitability, and team morale.


Key responsibilities


Operational Management
  • Oversight of Daily Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of all operational aspects, including the restaurant, bar, and kitchen.
  • Financial Performance: Set and monitor financial targets for revenue growth, profit margins, and cost control.
  • Service Excellence: Develop and maintain protocols for guest satisfaction and consistent service standards.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal standards.
  • Crisis Management: Effectively respond to emergencies and operational challenges.


Leadership & Team Development
  • Leadership for Department Heads: Mentor and support restaurant, bar, and kitchen managers to enhance team performance.
  • Staff Engagement and Morale: Foster a positive, motivated workplace culture.
  • Training Programs: Oversee and ensure consistent training for all staff levels.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively address and resolve disputes among staff or with guests.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential staff for leadership roles.


Strategic Management
  • Brand Development: Implement strategies to grow and elevate the brand's reputation.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Process Optimization: Refine operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement eco-friendly practices to reduce waste and improve sustainability.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing high-volume restaurants or bars.
  • Prior experience in a 5-star hotel or similar upscale environment is a significant plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and create a positive work culture.
  • Knowledge of F&B cost control, inventory management, and operational optimization.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain service standards.
  • Passion for hospitality, excellent attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset.
