Profile Summary:

The Beverage Manager at MKT will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the beverage program at the Outlet. The role includes but is not limited to development and refinement of the Beverage Menu, Conducting Cocktail Trials, ensuring consistency and high quality of drinks being served along with maintaining the wine selection at the restaurant.


Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Design & curate innovative & seasonal beverage menus for the restaurant, including cocktails, wine, spirits & non alcoholic choices
  • Regular review and updation of the beverage menu based on guest preferences, industry trends and seasonal ingredients
  • Oversee preparation, presentation and beverage service to ensure service & quality standards are maintained
  • Conduct regular cocktail trials, experimenting with new ingredients, techniques and presentation styles
  • Work closely with the Bartenders to refine recipes and enhance service delivery
  • Train and mentor the bartenders on Drinks preparation, presentation, and service style
  • Track usage trends and forecast beverage requirements
  • Implement cost control measures


Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in Hotel Management
  • Overall experience of 6-8 Years mainly focused on Beverage Management
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Great Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand P&L Statements
