Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Creation:

• Design, craft, and present a diverse range of cocktails and beverages, ensuring each drink aligns with the bar’s luxury image.
• Develop signature cocktails and innovate new recipes that reflect seasonal themes and trends.

1. Guest Experience:

• Provide personalized service by understanding and catering to guest preferences.
• Educate guests about the menu, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment at the bar.

1. Bar Operations:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, restocking, and minimizing waste.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Bar Manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Train junior staff and contribute to team development.

1. Brand Representation:

• Uphold the bar’s luxury reputation by maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional service.
• Represent the brand at events, tastings, or promotional activities, as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist in a high-end or luxury bar setting.
• Expertise in crafting classic and contemporary cocktails with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of premium spirits, wine, and beer.
• Strong understanding of mixology techniques and flavor profiles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
