- Rent Negotiation, SD, Rent Free Period, Tenure.
- Verifying Property Document shared by Landloard.- Lease Draft Preparing, PAF/ARF Preparing and obtain confirmation.- LOI and Lease Draft sharing with LL for their confirmation.
- Vendor Code Creation in IEM for paying rent and SD to LL.
- Lease Sharing with Stakeholders for updating the records.- Part Surrendering, Ownership Changing, Existing Rent Re-Negotiation.- Tracking and making the Payment of Maintenance, GST and Electricity bill of State Office.-- Liasoning with Landloard for Premise Facilities, Like, Parking, water, Electricity, Broadband connection Antenna permission and Local Issues etc.
- Coordination with Compliance Team for Generating S&E License by Providing, Latest Property Tax and Other requirements..- Premise Handover in a Peaceful manner, SD Refund, Premise Restoration, Full and Final Adjustment.
