You'll be a strategic leader, driving success by:

  • Leveraging your industry expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of Public Sector, Healthcare and Education challenges and opportunities to identify and qualify potential clients facing issues our solutions can address.
  • Building impactful partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies, healthcare institutions, and educational institutions, becoming their trusted advisor and championing our solutions.
  • Driving new business opportunities: Proactively generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and close high-value deals that align with public sector procurement processes, exceeding assigned quotas and expanding our footprint in the market.
  • Collaboration is key: Partner closely with our technical and implementation teams to tailor solutions that meet specific public sector requirements and demonstrate quantifiable value propositions for cost savings, efficiency improvement, and citizen/student outcomes.
  • Unlocking existing potential: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients, maximizing revenue and fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to public sector goals.
  • Mentoring and leading: Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve exceptional performance and build strong relationships with public sector stakeholders.
  • Staying ahead of the curve: Continuously research and stay informed about public sector policies, healthcare and education trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscape.


You're the ideal candidate if you:

  • Possess 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales leadership, preferably within the Public Sector, Healthcare or Education verticals.
  • Have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within your chosen industry.
  • Boast a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing high-value deals in the public sector.
  • Excel at building strong relationships and influencing key decision-makers in government and public institutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex public sector procurement processes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a commitment to public service.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
