Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Executive/ASM to join our team at Anand Brothers. As a Sr. Sales Executive/ASM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue in the diagnostic industry. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in business development, strategic planning, sales management, key account development, and self-management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostic industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the diagnostic industry
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent Anand Brothers
