8-12 Years (Workday Functional Experience)Key Lead and oversee Workday configuration, enhancements, and integrations across Payroll, Time & Absence, and HCM Core modules.Workday Strategy & Define and execute the Workday roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR transformation initiatives.Module Provide expert functional support for Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and related modules; ensure system stability and process compliance.Stakeholder Partner with HR, Finance, and IT leadership to understand business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable Workday solutions.Release & Change Manage Workday releases, updates, and feature adoption assess impact, lead testing, and coordinate deployment across modules.Issue Resolution & Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend continuous process improvements.Team Management:- Lead a team of Workday analysts/consultants, ensuring delivery excellence, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.Compliance & Maintain system documentation, change logs, and process governance, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.Technical SkillsCore Expertise- Advanced configuration experience in Workday Payroll, Time & Absence, and HCM Core modules.- Strong understanding of Workday Business Processes, Security Framework, and Integration Touchpoints.- Functional support expertise across Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.Tools & Functional Knowledge- Proficient in Workday Report Writer, EIB, Calculated Fields, and Core Connectors.- Familiarity with Workday Studio and Integration Architecture (good to have).- Deep understanding of global payroll compliance, time-tracking rules, and leave management policies.- Experience with testing automation, data validation, and change control Workday Certification (Mandatory) Payroll, Time & Absence, or HCM Core.- Additional certifications in Recruiting / Compensation / Talent modules are a plus (ref:iimjobs.com)
