5-6 Years (Workday Functional Experience)Key Configuration & Administration:- Configure, test, and maintain Workday HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, and related modules.Payroll Management:- Act as a Workday Payroll expert responsible for managing payroll configuration, calculations, validations, and compliance within the system.Module Support:- Provide functional support across Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and other Workday modules as required.Issue Resolution & Enhancements:- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement system enhancements or integrations as per business needs.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, recommend best practices, and translate business processes into Workday functionality.Testing & Documentation:- Prepare and execute test plans for system upgrades and new configurations; maintain documentation and SOPs for ongoing support.Continuous Improvement:- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage Workday capabilities to improve HR system Expertise:- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Time & Absence, and HCM Core configuration.- Solid understanding of Workday business processes, security groups, and integration points.- Ability to support additional modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management.Tools & Functional Knowledge:- Workday Studio / Report Writer / Calculated Fields (preferred familiarity).- Understanding of global payroll processes, time tracking rules, and compliance standards.- Experience with testing, data validation, and change management in Workday Workday Certification (Mandatory)- Additional module-specific certifications are an advantage (Payroll, HCM, or Time Tracking) (ref:iimjobs.com)
