Requirements

Key Skills – Functional Role

  • Must hold an active Workday Certification.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience across Workday Core HCM and related modules including Security, Core & Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
  • Proven Workday Implementation experience in at least two full-cycle projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes with experience serving in a functional role across two or more of the listed modules.
  • Exposure to diverse industries is preferred.
