Workday - Functional
As a Functional Consultant you will support different modules of Workday on both BAU and Project requirements.
You will also be responsible for Business Process Configurations, Reporting, Testing and document the design workbooks.
You will be involved leading support and project activities related to Workday Application Maintenance, Transition, validating requirements with product offerings,

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
2. At least 8+ years of overall IT experience and 3-4 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence etc.) across Implementation / Support / Development projects

Preferred Qualifications:
2. Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
3. Propose functionality changes based on business requirements.
4. Should have good experience with Basic and advanced security. Should have basic technical knowledge.
5. Experience managing medium size team would be a plus.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.

Work Experience: 3 to 11 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
