Workday Functional Consultant

Were looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant who can partner with business and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize Workday modules. The ideal profile brings hands-on expertise across Integration, Core HCM, Security, Reporting, Recruitment, and Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, enhance, and support multiple Workday modules (HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Security, Integrations).
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, testing cycles, and user training.
- Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT), dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Collaborate with integration teams to support EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration frameworks.
- Manage security roles, business process configuration, and compliance within Workday.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and cross-functional leadership to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM and at least 2+ additional modules (Recruitment, Compensation, Security, Integrations).
- Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Report Writer, and business processes.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Workday certifications (nice to have but not mandatory).
