**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain Workday HCM modules to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM and Finance modules to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement Workday Finance solutions to streamline financial processes and improve accuracy.
- Conduct regular system audits and data validation to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations integrations and customizations.
- Lead the development of custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by adhering to project timelines and milestones.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday systems.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
- Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure smooth transitions and mínimal disruptions.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party solutions with Workday.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Workday HCM Workday Integrations and Workday Finance.
- Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining Workday systems for at least 6 years.
- Exhibit proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards within Workday.
- Show expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Workday modules.
- Have a good understanding of Finance and Accounting domains to implement effective solutions.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest Workday developments.
