The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of DCR / Bylaws relevant to the real estate industry, particularly in luxury villa development. This role will require adept coordination with various internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure all project approvals, permissions, and clearances meet government regulations and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date documentation of all approvals, ensuring timelines and compliance standards are consistently met.Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, legal, and construction) and external agencies (consultants, authorities, and vendors) to facilitate efficient project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, adherence to approved plans, and construction timelines.Feasibility Studies: Perform detailed feasibility studies for projects and provide insights on potential challenges related to land acquisition, local bodies, and legal constraints that may impact project timelines and costs.
