Job Description:. Experience in independent handling of documentation in relation to land acquisition andtransfer (including JDA, collaboration agreements, sale/transfer/conveyance deeds).• Fluent and well versed with the process of undertaking land title due diligences inMaharashtra (DD exposure in NCR will be an added bonus).• Should have led/played significant role and executed land acquisition transactions.• Experience in drafting other real estate specific documentation such as MOUs/ATSs/TermSheets/LOIs/RFPs.• Exposure with acquisitions/JDAs/land transactions in real estate market in NCR will bean added bonus (not mandatory).• Exposure working on RERA related documentation and RERA specific compliances(specifically for Maharashtra/Delhi/Haryana).• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of property specific documents including but notlimited to JDAs, collaboration agreements, MOUs, term sheets, sale deeds, LOIs.• Conduct extensive due diligence for potential business deals.• Assist in the structuring and negotiating of complex land acquisition transactions.• Collaborate with external law firms on various projects from time to time.• Attend meetings with stakeholders (internal and external) if required.• Understand legal requirement vis-à-vis immovable properties and support internal teamsto close acquisition transactions.• Work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
