_**RJA legal is looking for two associates to join our offices at Jangpura, New Delhi immediately.**_

**RJA Legal** **LLP** is a full-service law firm offering legal services over a wide spectrum of industry verticals. The firm is headquartered in New Delhi with branch offices in Gurugram and Chennai. We specialize in General Corporate Laws and Transaction Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax Advisory and Litigation, Alternate Dispute Resolution and Commercial and Corporate Litigation. With a diverse team of professionals, we advise leading multinationals, corporate, and government institutions on a wide array of matters ranging from, Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, Tax, Intellectual Property, Regulatory and Policy.

**Nature of Work**: - General Corporate Law, Transaction Advisory, Contract Lifecycle Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Insolvency Law, Commercial Litigation, Tax & Arbitration

**Eligibility**:
- Around 0-2 year of legal experience

Must possess good researching and writing skills, and legal aptitude

Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

Able to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriately.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

**Location**: - I-34, Jangpura Extension, Jangpura, New Delhi

**Remuneration**: - As per industry standard
