Keyskills: Mandatory- Experience in land sourcing in residential - Financial feasibility - financial modeling - Connected with multiple land channel partners/ land acquisition dealers - Mixed experience of land sourcing and financial feasibility - Has has experience closing land deals-Roles & Responsibility :- Deal Sourcing strategy and network - Build and maintain a robust network of CP's who supply quality leads; Ensure TVSEL is the first preference for such CP's - Excellent understanding of market with respect to new launches, average prices, absorption trends, vacancy levels, key developers, infrastructure updates, land valuation etc. - Thorough understanding of concepts of valuation, grasp on financial modelling - Excellent team player who establishes trust and rapport with all internal and external stakeholders - Understands various clauses and their impact on business in all legal documents - term sheet, sale deed, JDA, shareholder agreement etc - Working knowledge of various zonal and revenue regulations in Bangalore - Ability to co-ordinate with consultants during diligence - legal, liaison, design, survey, soil testing etc.Qualification :- MBA/Graduate from a reputed university - 6 to 8 years of Land acquisition experience in real estate sectorIf you are interested, please share your updated CV at amber.nayab@upgrad.com or reply to this email.
