As we continue to expand across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, we’re looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our Coimbatore team.Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land parcels for upcoming villa and residential projects in and around Coimbatore. - Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and land valuation. - Liaise with landowners, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions. - Negotiate land deals and finalize agreements in line with company objectives. - Maintain updated market intelligence on land availability, pricing trends, and zoning regulations. - Build and manage a strong local network of landowners and intermediaries.Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition (preferably in real estate or infrastructure). - Proven track record of successful land deals in Tamil Nadu. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of local land laws and documentation processes. - Fluency in Tamil and English - Willingness to travel across Coimbatore and nearby districts.
