Join AMPIN Energy Transition’s Project Development teamWe are looking to hire for our land acquisition team for Utility Business based out of our office in Delhi.If you have an expertise in land acquisition and liasoning for Utility lead states regions like North and South India, then this is the role for youHow you will contribute:Coordinating with internal teams including legal, finance, and project development to ensure timely documentation, approvals, and compliance.Maintaining accurate records and trackers for land acquisition progress, documentation status, and stakeholder communication.Facilitating cross-functional meetings and follow-ups to align on land-related deliverables and resolve bottlenecks.Supporting reporting and MIS preparation for leadership reviews and project updates.You will be responsible for ensuring land registration, identification, due diligence, obtaining clearances and approvals for the respective state.Addressing local issues in the area.Looking after Land related liasoning and closures with Land Registration and Contouring along with Land related commercials, inspection of ownership and due diligence for the above mentioned states.Handling Government Agencies, Land Aggregators, Arbitration and land related litigation as required.You will be responsible for CLU (Change of land use); Title search, Forest land/Agricultural land conversion to industrial land for Solar Power Project and document submission to PD/ Project Finance.Ideal Skills for this role include:● 10+ years of experience in land acquisition and related matters, with demonstrated ability of land closures in large land parcels.● Graduate in law or any other● Should be well versed with commercial terms and terminologies,
