Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Network Development located in New Delhi. The AGM will be responsible for expanding the company's dealer network, building relationships with partners, and ensuring smooth operations of the network team. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners, managing dealer and service operations, implementing performance metrics, and aligning network activities with business goals. The AGM will collaborate across teams to ensure the network's success and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in network development, dealer management, and partner onboarding
  • Strong skills in business development, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management
  • Capable of implementing performance metrics, analyzing sales trends, and improving operational efficiencies
  • Proven leadership abilities in team management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of the electric vehicle or automotive industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
