**AGM - Industry Engagement**
Job profile
- Generate business opportunities for use of GS1 standards & services across Industry sectors for achieving targets.
- Study and understand client supply chain business processes and conceptualise solutions based on GS1 standards.
- Should possess strong techno-commercial skills, excellent client relationship building capabilities and demonstrated result orientation.
- Extensive interaction would also be required with Govt. bodies, Regulators and Industry at the highest levels to enable wide adoption of GS1 global standards across Retail, Healthcare, Agriculture, Railways, Defence, T&L sectors.
**Desired skillsets**:
- Experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably of ERP/CRM/BPM software solutions/consultative selling.
- Ability to think out of the box and conceptualize innovative & creative solutions.
- Fast learner with ability & willingness to adapt to new technologies & changing business environment with direct selling experience to large enterprises.
- Must be highly creative, result oriented and self-motivated individuals with ability to understand technologies and generate revenue.
- Excellent presentation, written, communication skills and maturity to interact at very senior levels in Industry/Govt.
- Be an excellent team player/leader to achieve individual & overall targets with collective efforts.
**Experience**
17-20 years in similar role with proven track record of which at least 3 years should be in senior position handling Business Development responsibilities.
**Qualifications**
Engineering graduate (CSE/ECE/IT), preferably with MBA from reputed Institutions.
