Responsibilities and Duties:

- Responsiblefordaytodayoperationandupkeepofthemallincludingretailshop units,Kiosks, mall common area, food court, external areas, Parking management, commercial and marketing assets.
- Responsible for overall mall operations tasks being carried out in an appropriate &cost effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Responsible for Budgeting/Forecasting/Cost Control.
- Responsible for timely, payment & follow ups for Cam, Rent & Electricity
- Should be able to increase the footfall by focusing on proper Execution of marketing promotional activities - Gatheringmarketandcustomerinformationforenhancingthemallperformance
- Analysingtheperformancewithcompetitionwithpropercitycomparisondata
- Coordinatingwitheverydepartmentofmallforbestresultsandsmooth functioningofmaloperation

Qualifications:PGDM/MBA
