Key Responsibilities:

- Own and lead the full-cycle recruitment process across business units, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Develop and execute scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.

- Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team, including setting clear KPIs and mentoring recruiters.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.

- Ensure a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment efforts.

- Optimize sourcing strategies across channels (portals, social media, referrals, agencies, etc.

- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to track performance and improve hiring efficiency and quality.

- Lead strategic hiring initiatives such as leadership hiring, campus programs, and niche skill recruitment.

- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies related to hiring and data privacy.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven success in managing large-scale hiring in mid to large-sized organizations, preferably in the IT/Technology sector.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and modern hiring practices.

- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS systems and recruitment analytics tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Exposure to international hiring and global markets is a plus
