Position overview: The MSLA will be responsible for analysing complex requirements from Enterprise Customers, creating solution frameworks to fit customer requirements, and driving solutions with SMEs from Service Lines, OEMs, and Partners. The role involves supervising and crafting winning solutions by guiding on infrastructure, application requirements, hardware, software, and services.

  7. Multi-Cultural Teams: Experience with multi-cultural, multi-geo teams.
  8. Stakeholder Management: Proficient in stakeholder management and negotiations.
  9. Communication: Excellent articulation and communication skills.
  10. Solution Elements Understanding: Excellent understanding of different solution elements like Data centre, Network, Security, Tools, Automation, AI, AIOps, Database.
