Job Description (Managing Partner)


The mandate of the role requires you to be a change-maker and a leader of sorts in the Business Track with an intuitive understanding of teaching. You should ably manoeuvre through the corridors of competition in your territory, establishing primacy for FIITJEE with a clear distinction. You should be able to win over key influencers in your territory and make them advocates and proponents of FIITJEE and its programs. You are a business leader who understands how key areas of activities intersect in business to create sustained profitability for your centre.


In this entrepreneurial position, it will be incumbent upon you to carry the baton of growth, emulating the founder, and remain obligated to take FIITJEE to unprecedented levels. Your role shall encompass working with FIITJEE's entire growth apparatus, including the national leadership, Business Evangelists, and Territory Business Heads.


You will be responsible for driving enrolments in existing programs, the launch of newer programs in sync with FIITJEE Corporate, new market development through innovative outreach initiatives, diversification in furtherance of central initiatives, and deep market penetration. You will develop your centre's five-year Business & Execution plan with a growth outlook in line with that of the company. You will define and chase revenue targets of your centre individually and as a collective. You will be responsible for the financial health of your centre. You will individually help the Business Evangelists, and/or Territory Business Heads at your centre achieve promising EBITDA targets in line with the projected growth outlook. Besides the visible indices mentioned hereinabove, you will be responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction metrics, and dominating results in your territory, including unravelling the 100% potential of every student enrolled in any program.

  • You are a perfect Hipster, a Hacker, and a Hustler. You understand education intuitively and should be able to lead transformative seminars for students and parents spanning various FIITJEE programs class-wise and goal-wise.
  • You must have demonstrated success in an entrepreneurial role.
  • You must possess a comprehensive understanding of competitive & and scholastic exams like Jr. Olympiads, NTSE, all Sr. Olympiads, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, CUET, and BITSAT.


Remuneration/Annual Compensation (INR) will include Fixed Component + Variable component (Performance Linked) + Wealth creation opportunities
