We offer a comprehensive range of financing options and have a dedicated in-house team for engineering, procurement, construction, and after-sales services.
Roofsol Energy has recently launched 'Roofsol Homes', its new venture in Residential Rooftop Solar solutions in line with vision of PM Suryaghar Yojana. In this venture, Roofsol will be servicing to Residential customers who wish to set up Solar plant on their homes or housing societies by availing the central subsidy on the Capex cost. Roofsol Homes will be a completely Tech driven platform, where customers purchase journey as well as post installation services will be completely digitalized.
Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Business Head - Residential Solar Solutions in Mumbai Head Office of Roofsol Energy. As the Business Head, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the residential solar solutions division. This includes team management, business planning, sales, and business development. A key component of your role be to identify and bring in I&C partners in target cities/locations, as well as creating strong infrastructure for statutory approvals and liasoning arrangements. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the residential solar solutions business. The exciting PM Suryaghar Yojana program is on a platter and you have to nail it
Qualifications
- Strong business planning and analytical skills
- Proven experience in team management
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the residential solar solutions industry preferred
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 12-15 years of professional experience, out of which minimum 5 years should be as Profit Center head
