Position: Dealer Channel Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore

Department: Sales

Reports to: Regional/National Sales Head

Job Overview:

As a Dealer Channel Sales Manager at Duroflex, you will be responsible for managing and growing our dealer network within the assigned territory. This includes driving sales growth, strengthening dealer relationships, and executing strategies to boost dealer engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers; recruit and onboard new dealers to drive growth.

- Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets, monitor dealer performance, and plan promotional activities.

- Market Strategy: Conduct market research on customer trends and competitor strategies; provide insights for product positioning and pricing.

- Training & Support: Equip dealers and their teams with product knowledge and sales techniques through regular training sessions.

- Inventory & Orders: Monitor inventory levels, manage order processing, and ensure timely deliveries.

- Reporting: Submit sales reports and market feedback, and relay dealer insights to product and marketing Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years in channel sales management, preferably in consumer goods or furniture/mattress industry.

- Proven success in sales targets and dealer network growth.

- Strong relationship-building and market analysis skills; CRM and MS Office proficiency.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
