About the Company:

We are a leading jewellery company with a strong presence in both offline and online markets. Our products are known for their quality, craftsmanship, and innovative designs. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Accounting and Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

Cost Management:

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Cash Flow Management:

- Manage cash flow, including cash forecasting and working capital management.

- Optimize cash flow to support operational needs and investment activities.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications and Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- CA/CPA/CMA qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in finance.

- At least 2-3 years of experience with eCommerce or D2C brands.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Must be willing to work from Gurugram.
