We are currently looking for an SAP Finance Expert to join us at our facility in Gurugram.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Expert to join our team. The SAP Finance Expert will play a crucial role in leveraging SAP Financial modules to optimize financial processes, ensure data accuracy, and provide expert guidance to the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring SAP Finance solutions, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The candidate will be managing a team of SAP Finance consultants and will play a critical role in SAP project delivery and application support.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Finance modules, including SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling).

• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Finance solutions to align with the organization's financial strategy and business requirements.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to assess current financial processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Streamline financial workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Utilize SAP Finance tools and reporting functionalities to gather, analyse, and present financial data.

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.

• Mitigate financial risks and provide solutions for risk management.

• Monitor and maintain data integrity within the SAP Finance system.

• Perform regular reconciliations and audits to ensure data accuracy.

• Train and support finance team members in effectively using SAP Finance tools and functionalities.

• Provide guidance and assistance to resolve financial system-related issues.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience (15+ years) as an SAP Finance Expert or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• SAP Finance certification (preferred).
