Role : Software Engineer II - iOS

About the Role :

We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems.


In this role, you would work on the design and development of complex engineering problems. You would design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.


You would work closely with Engineering Managers in planning the execution of your deliverable. You are expected to help Managers/Leads in taking the right calls with respect to architecture, design and technology stack decisions.


You are expected to comply with best in class software practices such as code reviews, unit tests, releases etc and influence your peers to adopt them.

Minimum qualification :

- 3 to 5 years of coding experience in iOS App Development using Objective-C or Swift

- Good understanding of design principles to build scalable, highly available and secured mobile applications.

- Working knowledge of iOS Foundation & UIKit Frameworks, App Lifecycle, Modules and Frameworks, OOP Concepts

Preferred qualification/experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

- Good understanding of MVVM Architecture, RESTful code and Design principles

- Knowledge of open source tools and frameworks for mobile development such as CocoaPods, React and Rx

- Experience of building large scale consumer facing mobile applications.

- Experience of working in startups and delivering results in fast paced organization.

- Flexible with learning and working on new programming languages or switching between programming languages as per the needs of product and business.

- Good understanding of SDLC processes and best practices to deliver high quality software code.

- Strong problem-solving skills, programming skills, technical troubleshooting and diagnosing.

- Good understanding of Debugging performance and optimization techniques
