We are looking for a Video Editor who can effortlessly manage these complexities and work towards driving a compelling narrative of Practo’s mission, its products, and the impact it creates in people’s lives both internally and externally.

**Job description
As Video Editor, you will work alongside Practo’s Communications team to create compelling video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Mobile App etc. You will be responsible for building the overall video content engine, working with content creators, creating guidelines, reviewing scripts; basically, overseeing all parts of the conceptualization and production.

Prior experience is a must.
- Smart, energetic, ambitious, and creative, with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative work environment Able to work collaboratively and effectively with others on the content team and across the company

**Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

- Building a sound strategy, packaging, and calendar for video content across platforms
- Working with various internal and stakeholders to create a video Staying on top of all trends

**Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience of video editing, preferably in other similarly regulated consumer industries
- Strong portfolio showcasing amazing work completed
- Ability to rapidly conceive, visualize, and iterate on videos
- Good visual design skills: Type, color, layout, hierarchy & composition. Experience in image generation & illustration would be preferred
- Strong understanding of the platform, new trends
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Tremendous ownership, drive
- Metrics and data-oriented
- Relentless and flawless execution
- Has good organizational skills to manage and cluster content, feedback & calendars for a faster and more efficient production workstream
- Experience in editing interviews is a plus
