Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Vananam Rewards, you will be responsible for selling our Rewards-SaaS solutions to businesses looking for employee RnR, Channel Partner incentives, customer loyalty solutions and more. You will play a critical role in identifying prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to cultivate long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be working in a fast paced environment with diverse leaders and opportunity to create one of the largest Rewards & Loyalty Business.
Designation : Sales Manager - 2 Positions
Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Work Type: Work from Achieving and exceeding sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in business
- Prepare for the sales calls including conducting research and building a sales deck
- Identifying prospective clients, sending pitches, and generating leads
- Presenting Vananam products to the prospective clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to generation of leads and closure of the same
- Should be flexible working in shifts or in different time zones
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads
- Liaise and partner with the sales team to identify complex sales 4 - 5 years of experience in sales from the relevant industry
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required; an MBA is preferred
- Proven sales experience in the SaaS, Rewards, FinTech, and EdTech industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends
- Candidates with Rewards industry experience will be a plus
- Ability to hunt new leads and manage a bucket of new leads, closure of the leads
- Great team player and has good team-handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged
- Enjoy working in small, fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate results every day
- Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper lead generation methodologies
- Maintain a high energy level and a positive attitude to foster a motivating and collaborative work environment, ensuring team engagement and productivity.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high quality of work
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into meetings
