Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist for the IT Delivery Centre based in Gurugram our ideal candidates should have extensive recruitment experience end to end.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the latest candidate requirements.
  • Develop a well-structured recruitment strategy.
  • Write and post job descriptions on job portals.
  • Source qualified candidates from social media, internal databases, and different job portals. Make changes in approaches according to the latest industry trends.
  • Assist with budget preparation and HR-related tasks. Screen and filter out candidates by evaluating them against the latest standards.
  • Analyze a candidate’s capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls. Conduct interviews using a variety of methods, like video, in-person, or telephone.
  • Keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up.
  • Send job offer letters and complete paperwork. Keep a record of job responsibilities through job analyses.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Previous work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sector Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking
  • Experience in working on ATS and job boards
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment experience of 5-7 years
