Responsibilities:
- A key personal assistant skill is respecting work ethics by maintaining privacy and integrity between administrative duties
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and client communications.
- Plan and maintain the managers calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organize and set agendas and action points for all their meetings.
- Act as 'follow-up Manager' across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
