About the Roleskilled and proactive Office 365 Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of Office 365 services, support endusers, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Administration and Support :Administer and manage the Office 365 platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 services.• Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and permissions through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.• Monitor service health and performance, resolve issues, and escalate to Microsoft Support when necessary.• Should have working experience in Active directory environment Configuration and Maintenance • Configure and maintain Office 365 security features, such as Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).• Should be capable of identifying the requirement issues, get clarity and provide solution on requirements.Roles & Responsibilities• Implement and manage compliance tools like eDiscovery and retention policies.• User Support and Training :Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding Office 365 applications and services.• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and productivity. • Remote support of on-site engineers during troubleshooting of tickets.• Integration and Optimization: Work with IT teams to integrate Office 365 with other applications and services.• Implement and optimize automation using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripts.• Monitoring and Reporting: Generate usage and performance reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.• Monitor security logs and alerts, and respond promptly to potential threats.
