Job Title:IT Support / Desktop & End-User Support Engineer Location:Kamba (near Kalyan), Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience:1–2 Years Shift / Timings:8 AM – 8 PM (Onsite Support)About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedIT Support / Desktop & End-User Support Engineerto provideonsite technical supportfor desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inend-user support, device configuration, troubleshooting , and exposure toAzure AD, Microsoft 365, and Intune/EMSenvironments.Key Responsibilities: Provideonsite technical supportfor desktops, laptops, printers, and other user devices. Troubleshoot and configure end-user devices, includingmobile and Wi-Fi connectivity . Manage and resolve incidents throughITIL-based ticketing systems . DeliverL2 supportfor O365 and Intune/EMS across desktops and mobile devices. Install, update, and troubleshootantivirus softwareand endpoint security tools. Support users withMS Office, Outlook , and related productivity applications. Coordinate with external vendors and escalate issues when required. Ensure implementation ofIT best practicesand compliance with global IT standards. PerformO365 mailbox configuration , license management, and OneDrive administration. Configure and maintainADFSfor user authentication and access control.Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of hands-on experience indesktop/laptop supportandmobile device troubleshooting . Working knowledge ofAzure AD, O365, Intune/EMS , and antivirus management. Familiarity withITIL processesand ticket lifecycle management. Strong coordination and vendor management abilities. Excellentcommunication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .Ideal Candidate: Passionate about providingend-user IT supportand customer satisfaction. Comfortable workingonsite in a dynamic, fast-paced environment . Proactive in identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and delivering timely solutions.
