Executive - Operations - Container Freight Station - Vallur

Manage gate entry/exit, documentation and weighbridge operations at the CFS efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely data entry, verifying all information for seamless coordination. Maintain records, generate reports and conduct daily operations with attention to detail. Coordinate with internal teams like Yard, Stuffing, Customs and External Customers for smooth operations. Liaise with shipping lines, customs authorities and other external stakeholders as required. Monitor container detention and ensure timely release, working with the Commercial team as needed. Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety in the CFS area. Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a CFS/Freight/Logistics environment. Good computer skills, especially MS Office, and an understanding of ERP systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
