Job Summary:
The Sales Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building robust client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across India. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the Indian market, outstanding sales skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional who can effectively engage with Government & PSU, SMB, Education, Services, and Enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sector Engagement: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by effectively working with Government & PSU, SMB/MSMB commercial, Education, Consumer, Retail and Enterprise and Services/ solution sectors.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives and sales targets.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest industry developments and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience: Proven experience (X years) in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the [industry] sector. Experience working with Government & PSU, SMB, Education, Services, and Enterprise sectors is highly desirable.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian market and business culture.
Skills:
