Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in both organic and paid social media marketing strategies, capable of driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads for 3.0 University.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Strategy:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and objectives.


Content Creation:

  • Design and publish high-quality, engaging content tailored for each platform (text, images, videos, and interactive elements).
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and goals.


Community Management:

  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster relationships and grow a loyal community.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to expand our reach and visibility.


Paid Social Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on data to maximize ROI.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs across all platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  •  Prepare regular performance reports to share with the team and stakeholders.


Market Trends:

  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  •  Experiment with new formats and features to keep content innovative and engaging.


Qualifications

  •  1-4 years of experience in social media marketing, including organic growth strategies and paid advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts across major platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Campaign Manager).
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a flair for crafting compelling visuals and copy.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or other reporting software.
  • Knowledge of trends in Web3, education technology, or blockchain is a plus.
