**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.
- Formulate innovative ideas and concepts to drive engagement, brand visibility, and conversions.
- Craft captivating and visually appealing content, including text, graphics, and potentially videos, across various social media platforms.
- Maintain a content pipeline for upcoming campaigns and initiatives to ensure consistent and timely delivery
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors' social media strategies to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Adapt strategies based on industry benchmarks and emerging practices.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor and interpret key performance indicators, providing actionable insights.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven findings to optimize results
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with our audience and respond to inquiries and comments.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging.
- Demonstrate creativity by generating fresh and engaging content ideas that resonate with our brand and audience.
- Constantly explore new approaches to maintain a dynamic online presence.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Independent and Team Collaboration:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry shifts, integrating new insights into strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in social media management and digital marketing.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and potentially graphic design or video editing.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate original and engaging content concepts.
- Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and adeptness at multitasking.
- Self-driven and proactive, capable of both independent work and effective team collaboration.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry dynamics.
- Positive demeanor and unwavering dedication to maintaining a coherent brand voice and visual identity.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
