Job Title: Business Development – Enterprise Sales Experience Required:5+ Years in Enterprise/IT Sales with Field Sales expertise Work Type:Full-time | On-siteAbout the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedEnterprise Sales Consultantto manage and grow key enterprise accounts in Mumbai. This role requires a deep understanding ofMicrosoft Cloud, Networking, Hardware, and Server Storage solutions , along with proven expertise in field sales, relationship management, and solution-based selling.Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sales cycle with a target-driven approach. Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with enterprise-level decision-makers. Conduct regular field visits to client sites for presentations, negotiations, and relationship building. Identify customer needs, pain points, and design tailored technology solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client requirements effectively. Develop and present impactful proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and sales decks. Strategically identify and target key accounts for growth opportunities. Coordinate with alliance partners and OEMs to create revenue opportunities. Ensure post-sales client satisfaction and long-term account retention.Candidate Requirements 5+ yearsof enterprise sales experience, includingmandatory field sales exposure . Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Cloud platforms , Networking solutions, Hardware, and Server Storage. Background in IT architecture, enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology solutions. Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas. Experience with C-level presentations and consultative selling. Ability to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
