Job description
Digital Brain Media is looking for the experienced and self-motivated personality of Business Development Manager (IT- International) to join our company at Lucknow, UP.

Note:

This position is not for remote.
This position is not for EduTech, Bijus and MedTech candidates. So please do no apply.,
Candidate must have experience to deal with IT Projects(Mobile applications) and able to generate leads from USA, UK and European countries.

Responsibilities:

Hunt for new IT business internationally ONLY for the offerings of the mobile application development services.
Must have experience to generating International leads from the US/UK/Australia/European.
Must know lead generating tool like sales navigator tool, Bulk emailing, International calling and generating data from different resources.
Professionally understand the concept of Mobile application development and SaaS /CRM based Software's and SDLC.
Must know to gather technical requirements and prepare Technical Document and financial documents.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals, closing the deal, and building report.
Generate the n number of pipeline business track.
Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of specified domain of the company.
Ready to deal with clients 24X7.
Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and client needs using sales methodology.
Maintaining a internal CRM database.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support and Meeting Business/sales targets.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Bidding portal experience added advantages like upwork.com, freelancer.com etc..
Ability to close giant projects and to face targets.

Job Requirements:

Any Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field / MBA/MCA/B.Tech etc.
Min 2 years of experience in International business Market, and/or marketing ONLY IN IT INDUSTRY FOR MOBILE APPLICATIONS.
Understanding of critical technologies in web and mobile applications development domains and digital marketing products.
Demonstrates drive, passion, and flexibility.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role from the same industry (IT sales professionals).
Strong communication skills are essential as you interact with clients, senior management, and business associates. and ready to call them with their confirm zone.
Market knowledge, Trend knowledge, Passion for Technology, Software Development, SaaS & Digital marketing.
Self-starter, self-disciplined, and target-focused but able to work in a team matrix environment.
