Job Title: Cluster Sales Manager Unsecured Business Loans

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to drive sales growth for unsecured business loan products through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) while leading a team of sales professionals within the assigned cluster. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to ensure achievement of business objectives and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive sales of unsecured business loan products through DSAs and in-house sales teams.

- Team & DSA Management: Recruit, train, and manage DSAs and sales professionals, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Oversee identification and onboarding of potential business clients through DSAs while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

- Credit Assessment: Conduct detailed financial assessments of prospective clients and ensure loan solutions are tailored to their business requirements and repayment capabilities.

- Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate, and drive performance of DSAs and sales teams to achieve sales targets, providing ongoing coaching, training, and support.

- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback within the cluster to refine strategies and capture new opportunities.

- Process & Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application process while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on sales performance, team/DSA productivity, and market insights to senior management for informed & Requirements:

- Bachelors/masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 7 to 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in unsecured business loans/financial services.

- Strong experience in managing DSAs and sales teams.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
