- We're seeking a talented and driven Account Manager/Client Servicing professional to join our growing team

The Opportunity:

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and nurturing strong client relationships.

You will leverage your market research and communication skills to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage client accounts to ensure their Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within the digital marketing landscape.

- Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover lucrative business opportunities.

- Relationship Building & Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, fostering trust and understanding.

- Become a trusted advisor, proactively identifying their needs and exceeding expectations.

- Proposal Development & Sales: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase Moksha's capabilities and address client challenges.

- Lead negotiations and confidently close deals to contribute to achieving revenue targets.

- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build mutually beneficial partnerships with complementary businesses to expand Moksha's reach and service offerings.

- Collaboration & Feedback: Work seamlessly with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure a unified client experience.

- Share valuable client insights to continuously improve Moksha's products and Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Digital Agency environment, ideally within Account Management/Client Servicing.

- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.

- Strong analytical and research skills to identify market trends and opportunities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

- Ability to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

- Negotiation and deal-closing experience.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and manage resources effectively to achieve goals
