Role Overview:

- The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our client's affiliate marketing and other performance marketing campaigns.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, biddable media channels and the ability to drive results through effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing & affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Manage affiliate marketing campaigns including identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners and optimizing performance.

- Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners providing support and optimizing performance.

- Manage biddable media campaigns (e.g., Google ads, Social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop creative assets and promotional materials for campaigns.

- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business or a related field.

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing with a track record of driving results.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Working experience in handling affiliating marketing, publishers management.

- Experience in managing a team of affiliate marketers/ publishers.

- Knowledge of Mobile measurement platforms (MMP) like Appsflyer, Singular, Adjust etc.

- Knowledge of marketing automation tools like MoEngage, CleverTap etc
